PLATINUM
- Fully furnished properties managed by Probima, equates to assistance and fast response on any issues, resulting in no headaches or un-necessary time wasting
- Well maintained and decorated to a high standard
- All white goods are under warranty
- AC maintenance contract is in place with checks once or twice a year, resulting in more economical running costs and a healthier environment.
- Ongoing maintenance assistance on request
- Maintenance contract for carports and garden included.
- Services available if requested, for example; WiFi, cleaning, laundry etc.,
- Excellent value for money
GOLD
- Either ‘functionally’ furnished or unfurnished properties managed of Probima, equating to assistance and fast response to any issues, resulting in not wasting time or un-necessary headaches
- Well maintained and re-decorated
- All white goods in good working order possibly under warranty
- AC maintenance contract is in place with checks once or twice a year, resulting in more economical running costs and a healthier environment.
- Ongoing maintenance assistance on request
- Maintenance contract for carports and garden included.
- Very good value for money
SILVER
- Either furnished or unfurnished properties managed by caring landlords
- Well maintained and re-decorated
- Good response time, Probima provide assistance
- Good value for money
BRONZE
- Unfurnished properties management is direct with owners or developers
- Generally maintained and re-decorated before handover
- The owner or developer is responsible for the maintenance and other services.
HOLIDAY LETS
- Our 'holiday lets' has everything that our Platinum category offers.
- Services included is WiFi, Cleaning and laundry.
- Golf packages available

If Probima is your selected choice for renting a property, our guarantee is to be completely transparent to our tenants.
We would recommend that when comparing our services with others, that you check for all other fees related to the tenancy contracts, utility registration, etc.
It is also highly recommended that you check the renewal charges in the event that you wish to continue with your tenancy, thus ensuring no surprises and avoidance of incurring unexpected costs at this time.
